Happy 80th birthday to Atuekong Annang Don Etiebet, CON. You are a legend and your impacts to many lives (including mine) cannot be quantified. By God’s divine providence, you opened the door as the first indigenous computer Entrepreneur in Africa and the rest is history. You demystified what was thought to be impossible for Africans to do. Your heart and passion to send many engineers including me for training in United States and Europe opened career path for me and many others in Africa and western world. Thank you Sir for your noble service to God and man. Your legacy will remain as a shining light to this generation and to generations yet unborn. Happy 24th birthday to my son Steven Udotong. Steven became first black student to build a . He received many awards including Young Award from New Jersey for for his advocacy for , South Jersey Kids to Watch and award from Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly. Steven has done internship at the at Vanderbilt Institute of Nanoscale Science and Engineering and U.S. Department of Energy Laboratory designing a superconducting magnetic coil system. Steven Udotong has been honored by The Senate and General Assembly of New Jersey in Joint Legislative Resolution.
