5 MORNING DRINKS TO ADD TO YOUR ROUTINE IF YOU HAVE FIBROIDS 👇🏽
Before you say, “Just give me the herbs that will shrink my fibroids…” — listen.
There is no morning drink that can magically dissolve a fibroid overnight.
But what you drink regularly can support your overall diet, digestion, hydration and healthy lifestyle while you manage fibroids.
Here are 5 simple options you can start with:
1️⃣ WARM LEMON WATER 🍋
A simple way to start your morning and increase your fluid intake. It can also be a refreshing alternative to sugary morning drinks.
2️⃣ GREEN TEA 🍵
Green tea contains plant compounds called catechins. Research is looking at green tea compounds, particularly EGCG, for their potential effects on fibroid growth.
3️⃣ GINGER TEA 🌿
Ginger contains compounds with anti-inflammatory properties and may also support digestion. A simple ginger tea can be a good addition to your morning routine.
4️⃣ BERRY + CHIA + SPINACH SMOOTHIE 🫐
This combination gives you fiber, antioxidants and plant nutrients.
And ladies, don’t underestimate fiber. A diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and seeds can support healthy bowel movements — something you definitely want when you’re paying attention to your overall hormone health.
5️⃣ CUCUMBER + FRESH MINT WATER 🥒🌿
Refreshing, hydrating and easy to prepare. If you sweat heavily or have specific medical reasons for needing electrolytes, don’t randomly add large amounts of salt — your sodium needs are individual.
BUT HERE IS THE PART I WANT YOU TO REMEMBER 👇🏽
These drinks are supportive foods/drinks — not a cure for fibroids.
Your fibroid journey is bigger than one cup of tea.
Your diet, weight, exercise, menstrual symptoms, anemia status, medications, pregnancy plans and the size and location of your fibroids all matter.
So don’t keep jumping from one “miracle drink” to another.
BUILD A ROUTINE YOU CAN ACTUALLY FOLLOW.
Now I want to hear from you 👇🏽
Which one would you actually drink every morning — 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5?
And if you have been diagnosed with fibroids, what is your biggest struggle right now: heavy bleeding, pain, bloating, frequent urination, constipation, or fertility?
