We’re taking a little break from baking for a while to rest, reflect, and dream up what’s next for Harper & Willow. 🌱✨

Throwback of me and my bestie CEO!

It’s been such a lovely week at the markets—so nice to finally get a bit of sunshine! ☀️ I’ve loved seeing so many of you, catching up on your travel stories, meeting the babies (and all the gorgeous doggies too 🐶), and sharing our new seasonal flavours with you.

Just a quick note: I’ll be this coming Tuesday, but I’ll only be bringing a small selection with me. If there’s a particular flavour you’d like me to bring along or set aside, feel free to drop me a message—I’d be happy to help!

Lately I’ve been leaning into three things that are helping me stay grounded:
🍓 Self-care that’s serious and specific to what my body needs
🍋 Nourishing with intention — more fruit, more herbs, more slow
🌱 Exploring alternative healing + sleeping as much as possible (without guilt)

Thank you to everyone who came to see us at last weekend 💛
The real magic wasn’t just in the granola (though coconut, coffee, and our new tahini blend were faves 😉), it was in the conversations.

We spoke about life — the hard bits: separations, health scares, parenting struggles. It reminded us that we all have inner battles, but life truly softens when we show up for each other with kindness and care.✨

Let’s keep finding ways to be kind — for others and for ourselves. Mental health thrives on connection. Just one honest chat can ease the load 🧠💬

Chia pudding is one of those recipes that invites you to slow down. It’s not something to rush — it’s prepared with intention and enjoyed when the seeds have had time to soak, swell, and soften. And there’s beauty in that.

Two of my favourite blends are:
• Matcha chia with almond yogurt – earthy, nourishing, and packed with gentle energy
• Greek yogurt with honey and berries – comforting, naturally sweet, and full of flavour

Chia seeds are rich in fibre, which supports digestion and keeps you fuller for longer. They’re also a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, which help balance hormones and support brain function.

Whether it’s part of your breakfast or a midday snack, chia pudding is a small, thoughtful way to nourish yourself — and it pairs beautifully with our granola for added crunch and satisfaction.
