This Mental Health Awareness Week is all about taking practical actions for our well-being. One of my absolute favorite daily actions doesn't cost a thing: a morning walk.
As part of my May Energy Reset, I always emphasise that mental well-being and physical energy are deeply connected. Getting outside first thing in the morning does two incredible things:
🌿For the mind: It lowers cortisol (our stress hormone) and clears that heavy morning brain fog.
🌿For the body: The early morning sunlight hits our eyes and resets our circadian rhythm, signaling our cells that it’s time to create natural, vibrant energy for the day.
Taking care of your mental health can be as simple as a 15-minute walk to breathe and connect with nature before the busy day begins.
