Hey there! So, I gotta say, I'm super stoked about how this tattoo turned out. I used a mix of black and grey techniques along with some color, but what really brought it all together were the cool colors - blue and violet - that I went with. They just made everything pop against the deep skin. Anyway, I'm really happy with the end result and wanted to thank to my client for putting your trust in me.

Here I leave you the process of a cover up of an old tribal tattoo...

Many of the questions I get are whether coverups can be done in all cases, and the truth is that it depends.

Among some variants, the most common are the color of the old tattoo, the size and the design that the tattoo artist can think of to be able to make a new and good tattoo.

Another variant has the professionalism of the tattoo artist. Lately I've been getting a lot of queries to fix tattoos in which unprofessional tattoo artists who want to get money and tattoo the idea that the client wants to hear and they really look worse than before, why does this happen?

Well, in my opinion they only want to get money, that's why trust the tattoo artist's idea when they tells you if this may work or doesn't, in my case if there is a tattoo for which I don't see a design capable of covering it and making it fit. Well, I prefer to advise doing a laser session for example or not doing the tattoo since it would not look good.

But hey! Every case is individual, so do not hesitate to consult, send photos of the tattoo to be covered, photos of your idea and if you need to book a consultation appointment that is totally free. Here we are to make better tattoos and perpetuate the art.
