It’s a great day to keep working towards your goals 💪🏼💙
How is it already February 1st!!! January went quickly but dragged on if you know what I mean 🥲😂
Dry Jan complete ✅ which tbh wasn’t that tough as I felt like an anti social hermit 😂
Well into the swing of training again and it feels so good!
It’s the time in the New Year when we start to think ‘January’s done I can put my feet up now’ and the momentum can sometimes start to slow. 📉
💭Now is often a good time to reassess what works, what doesn’t l, what goals you made are realistic and what really aren’t! Realign, your goals, mindset, and why not look back over your plan?
I’m arranging reviews with my clients to do exactly this… look at what’s working. What’s not, what do we want to adjust? Are we on track? Is this realistic, do we need more food? Less food, are we on the same page etc
On team we set realistic goals, and we check in on them week on week, monthly we do deeper reviews and adjustments.
❗️There’s no point setting goals that are completely unrealistic as this can leave us feeling deflated when we don’t achieve them!
