A room full of people, all carrying the same quiet question: what’s next for us?

A few weeks ago we opened our doors in London for our Open Day, and what stayed with us most wasn’t the talks, it was how many of you came. Couples who’ve been trying for a while. People holding a story they don’t always get to tell out loud.

The turnout said something we think about often: so many people are looking for answers, and looking for somewhere that feels like it’s actually listening.

Our team was there for the questions that matter most, what closer monitoring through treatment can look like, why care shouldn’t stop at a positive test, and what a fertility journey can feel like when it’s built around you rather than around a clinic’s schedule.

Thank you to everyone who came and sat with us and keep your eyes peeled for our next Open Day in September. We’ll be in touch soon.

If you couldn’t make it, the door’s still open, a free first call is always a good place to start - link in bio.

On June 27th, two of our team, Maria Skujina and Daria are climbing the UK’s three highest peaks in 24 hours, alongside a wider group of fundraisers, for Fertility Action.

Fertility Action is a UK charity that supports the 1 in 6 people affected by fertility challenges with guidance, advocacy and grants, and by working to end the unequal access to treatment that so many run into. It’s a cause we see the need for every day.

If you’d like to support the climb, every donation goes directly to Fertility Action. the link is in our bio.

Thank you for being part of it.

“I felt heard before I’d even explained myself.”

That’s how one of our patients described her first contact with Plan Your Baby and it’s the part of her review we keep coming back to.

She first met Marija in Dubai, before her initial consultation had even taken place.

What followed was a Zoom consultation with Dr Sami, where every question was answered in detail and, in her words, she was given hope that it’s not too late for her to conceive.

We share reviews like this not to talk about ourselves, but because we know how much uncertainty there can be before that first conversation. Many people tell us the hardest step was simply reaching out.

If you’re somewhere on that journey and wondering whether anyone will understand where you’re starting from, this is what that first conversation can feel like.

Thank you for trusting us with your story.

Plan Your Baby has been named Fertility Innovation of the Year at the Femtech World Awards 2026.

To be recognised on a global stage, among 174 entries, alongside innovators from the UK, Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America is a real honour.

When we started Plan Your Baby, we believed fertility care could feel different: more personal, more accessible, more supportive. A model where you’re never just another number,  where you have one dedicated doctor, access to investigations across the country, and a team that stays beside you when it matters most.

This recognition belongs to our whole team, whose dedication drives us every day, and to our patients, who trust us with some of the most important moments of their lives.

Thank you for being part of our journey. We’re only getting started.

Meet Dr Nora Sahly.

Dr Nora is a consultant gynaecologist and obstetrician with more than 20 years across reproductive medicine.

Nora leads some of the most personal parts of our care: recurrent miscarriage, reproductive immunology, fertility preservation, and our donor conception and pride parenting pathways.

She also works at the Assisted Conception Unit at Guy’s and St Thomas’ in London.

What patients tend to notice first is how she listens, the same calm, thorough approach whoever you are and however you’re building your family.

If you’d like to talk something through, a free 15-minute call with the team is a quiet first step.

Fertility is shared, yet male testing is still the part that often gets put off.

Dr Sami, our Medical Director, on why that matters: male factors are thought to contribute to around 30–50% of fertility challenges, but when testing is delayed it can leave couples with uncertainty and sometimes put the focus unfairly on one partner.

The assessment itself is usually straightforward.

A semen analysis looks at s***m count, movement and shape, and gives useful information early on.

Where IVF is involved, our partner lab uses specialist s***m-selection techniques as part of the process.

If you’d like personalised guidance, a consultation can help clarify the next steps.

Male assessment is a good starting point: link in bio.

Our Open Day was a success with more than 200 of you registered to be in the room.

Even with tube strikes across London, the evening was full. The Q&A ran past its slot because the questions kept coming, where to begin with IVF, egg freezing, assistance with conception, and treatment options for PCOS and endometriosis.

The moment we’ll remember: former patients came back as a family, with the baby girl they welcomed with Plan Your Baby’s support, to thank the team in person.

A calm, safe space to ask questions in person matters, so this was one of many future Open Days.

With thanks to our partners for their support, gifts and exclusive offers on the night: .nutrition and Life and Lemons.

If you couldn’t join us, what would you have asked?

The webinars have been a lovely way to connect and now there’s a chance to meet the team in person.

This Thursday 4th June at 6:00 PM we’re hosting an evening in London with , Dr Sami and Dr Nora.

Come and ask your questions directly, hear how Plan Your Baby works from the people who built it, and spend the evening alongside others who are on the same journey.

There’ll be canapés and drinks throughout.

It’s a relaxed way to meet our full clinical team in one room, no pressure, no agenda, just the time and space to get the answers you’re looking for.

Free to attend and register via the link in bio.

Spaces are limited.

A failed IVF cycle is not just an outcome, it’s very useful information.

At Plan Your Baby, every unsuccessful cycle is reviewed in detail before we consider next steps. That means looking at how your ovaries responded to stimulation, embryo development, s***m quality, hormone levels, and whether the protocol was genuinely personalised to you.

Many patients come to us after IVF elsewhere without ever having had that conversation. Often, the answer has simply been to try again with the same approach.

We start differently. We start with why.

If you would like to talk through your previous cycle, you can book a free 15-minute fertility call with our clinical team. Link in bio.
