Our latest Equity Exchange was all about mental health research, specifically, how it so often fails the communities that need it most, and what it looks like when it doesn't.

Three things came out of the conversation that stuck with us:

👥 Co-designing with grassroots organisations from the start.
📍Meeting people where they are goes further than location.
🗣And giving back has to be structural, not symbolic.
