This combination is an ultimate relaxation duo.

Reiki is an energy healing technique, using gentle hand movements over the body and chakra points to promote healing and reduce stress. Sometimes clients come to me with ‘ blocks’ they know they want to release and sometimes clients can’t pin point what is happening but they know they need a shift in energy. This is where the combination is great. This isn’t just a stand alone massage , it’s one that helps you to realign, working on the areas that are needing more energy. Sometimes I even add crystals into the mix. It’s all about what is going on for you and what I think will help you best 💜💜💜
