A sound bath is usually passive. You lie down, relax, and listen to beautiful sounds. There’s real value in that.
But sound healing goes deeper. It’s working intentionally with vibration, sound, and energy, with the right techniques, placement, and pacing. Done properly, it can help release something that’s been held in the body for a long time.
That’s why proper training matters. This isn’t about performing with instruments or making aesthetic wellness content. It’s about learning to hold space with structure, intention, and awareness.
Because beautiful sounds alone don’t make someone a sound healer.
