Most people are just playing the bowl.

They’re not actually trained in the modality behind it.

Every strike, placement, and frequency in sound healing has intention behind it. The way the bowl is played changes the experience completely and without proper training, most of the practice gets left unexplored.

This is the difference between using singing bowls intuitively… and understanding the actual technique behind them.

That’s what we teach inside our 3-day CMA accredited training in West London.

When a Tibetan singing bowl sounds, the vibration doesn’t just fill the room it shifts your body out of fight-or-flight and into rest-and-regulate. Most people have seen the bowls. Almost no one has been taught the tradition behind them.
