This Neptune-Saturn conjunction in the last degrees of Pisces looks like:
Slow gut motility + gut issues
Lower energy levels
Catching infectious colds
Less interest in high impact exercise
More water retention (the more emotion you're holding, the more water you're holding)
Why:
Saturn constricts, hardens, slows down and cools, and Neptune floods, spreads things around and also slows things right down.
Pisces rules the lymphatic system, large intestines, pineal gland and immune system.
What to do:
Help your gut motility so you don't end up bloated and constipated by eating smaller meals, and ensure you leave at least 4 hour gaps between meals.
Get walking and moving between one meal and the next. This also helps gets things moving along.
Get on fascia work (shoutout ) to give your body more space to unwind from tension and rigidity. Watch how this also helps release some water retention and stuck emotions - especially twisting and counter twisting poses with aligned breathwork.
Get sweating. It can even be in an Epsom bath. Help take some of the detox burden off your liver and let your skin do the work.
Keep your abdomen warm and covered. I love using heated castor oil packs.
Keep your diet full of slow cooked meats and phytonutrient rich plant foods (preferably steamed for easier digestion).
This conjunction will be with us until February next year. It's the last slow down before a MAJOR worldwide and personal paradigm shift.
