You can often be confronted with high levels of stress and pressure that can lead to fatigue if not managed effectively. As a result you neglect taking care of the most important person, YOU! It is imperative for you to take time for regular personal renewal as it is key to being a peak performer. You set an example for those around you and when you are fresh and operating with peak energy it creates a positive environment. When you approach your personal and professional life with renewed vigour and creativity, it has a ripple effect on those around you. Schedule in holidays with loved ones, tick off those challenges on the bucket list, go out your favourite restaurant. Where focus goes energy flows. The average human has 6,200 thoughts per day and 95% of those thoughts were the same as yesterday. When we can become the master of our mind we are able to control our decisions with more effectiveness and certainty.
