News Flash – Introducing our new resource: Global Dietary Detectives! 🌍 A digital cultural food game designed for pre schools, primary schools and early years settings to make healthy eating education fun and inclusive.

🍛 Featuring over 250 pictorial foods from African, Caribbean, South Asian, and Arabic cuisines, children can recognise familiar dishes from home and feel truly represented.

The interactive game includes quizzes, meal-building challenges, and matching activities to build confidence and support early healthy choices.

Had a wonderful time attending the Baby & Toddler Group at Harrow Mosque this week. It was a great opportunity to connect with parents and have meaningful conversations about health, well-being, and the importance of introducing balanced meals from an early age.

We discussed simple, practical ways to build nutritious habits for little ones, supporting their growth and development while fitting into busy family life. Thank you to everyone who took the time to chat and share their experiences—it’s always inspiring to see such a supportive community coming together.

We had such a wonderful visit to in Hendon 💛

came to explore this space dedicated to supporting both parents and little ones. It’s truly a special place where children can learn, grow, and thrive while parents gain valuable insights into nutrition, wellbeing, health, and exercise.

The environment is warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for encouraging development and connection. The staff were absolutely lovely, creating such a supportive and friendly atmosphere.

It’s also a fantastic space to meet and interact with other parents, share experiences, and build a community.

Highly recommend for anyone looking to support their child’s development while learning more about healthy lifestyles
