A brand new family event from Rebalance Healing 💚

In our busy world, it can be hard to find time to simply slow down and be present together. This gentle, family-friendly morning has been created to offer just that — a chance for parents and children to relax, reconnect and experience the calming benefits of sound healing in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Together we’ll explore some of the instruments, learn a little about how sound can support wellbeing, and enjoy a soothing Reiki-infused sound bath designed to help calm busy minds and encourage relaxation.

Burnout doesn’t always look like breaking down.
Sometimes it looks like carrying on… while feeling completely disconnected from yourself.

You keep showing up.
You keep smiling.
You keep getting things done.
But underneath, your nervous system is exhausted.

So many people are running on empty without even realising it, believing they just need to “push through” a little longer.

Rest is not laziness.
Slowing down is not failure.
Your body will often whisper before it starts to shout.

Healing can begin with something as simple as:

✨ getting outside

Using crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, gong, Reiki energy and calming sound frequencies, this session is designed to help soothe the nervous system, quiet a busy mind, and bring the body back into a state of rest and balance.

No experience is needed — simply come as you are, get cosy, and allow yourself an hour of deep relaxation and restoration.

There’s something profoundly healing about standing beneath an ancient tree.
No rushing. No pressure. Just breath, stillness, and connection. 🌿

Nature has a way of bringing us back to ourselves when life feels overwhelming, noisy, or disconnected.
Grounding isn’t just a spiritual concept — it’s about regulating the nervous system, slowing the mind, and allowing the body to feel safe again.

When we place our feet on the earth, breathe deeply, or simply pause amongst the trees, we begin to reconnect:
✨ with our breath
✨ with the present moment
✨ with our bodies
✨ with the natural rhythm we were never meant to lose

Trees remind us to stay rooted whilst still growing.

When the nervous system stays on high alert for too long, it can affect:
• sleep
• emotions
• energy levels
• focus
• physical wellbeing
• our ability to truly rest

This is why nervous system support is such an important part of healing.

Reiki helps create a calm, supportive space for the body and mind to slow down and shift out of survival mode.

So many people are trying to heal while still living in constant survival mode.

Pushing through.
Overthinking.
Staying busy.
Running on stress hormones.
Feeling permanently “on”.

But healing doesn’t happen when the body believes it’s unsafe.

When the nervous system is stuck in fight, flight, freeze or fawn, the body prioritises protection over repair.

This is why rest can feel uncomfortable.
Why slowing down can feel unfamiliar.
Why burnout can feel impossible to escape.

Healing begins when the body finally feels safe enough to let go of survival.

This is one of the reasons I’m so passionate about combining coaching, Reiki and sound healing together — supporting both the mind and nervous system, not just the symptoms on the surface.

You do not need to force your way into healing.

Sometimes the first step is simply learning how to feel safe again.
