Today is International Day of Families, and we want to talk about the role of abortion in family planning.

Abortion is not "anti-family". In fact, it’s one of the many ways that people care for their families.

Most people who have an abortion are already parents. Many make their choice because they know exactly what it takes to raise a child and have decided that now is not the right time to expand their family.

Supporting families means supporting the right to choose when people have or grow their families.
