As a former Chartered Certified Accountant turned Entrepreneur and 'high achiever', I know only too well from personal experience, how trying to juggle all of life's demands whilst maintaining our health an

d wellbeing can be so challenging! I have been where many of my clients start- feeling low confidence, low self-esteem in my own appearance, exhausted and always on the back-foot. It was holding me back in more ways than I imagined. I also knew the Corporate world as I knew it didn't feel aligned. I love people and I wanted to work with people and create impact in a way that was meaningful to me. In 2020, having become so frustrated with the way I looked to the point I would cry about it, I joined a program to improve the way I eat and learn how to get 'healthy'. In 90 days I emerged having carved out a beautiful body for myself and oodles of confidence! I felt proud of my body! I became a Coach on this program as I wanted to give back to others what I had gotten. Fast forward a year and a half, I had completed a diploma in Vegan Nutrition and the following year I qualified as a Personal Trainer. In 2022 when I had already completed as a Coach to focus on my accountancy career, a persistent knock on the door led me to piloting a program of my own to a group of people. The program was a success and more and more enquiries started flooding in from my personal social media pages where I shared actively and openly my own journey. This was the start of my calling as a Health Coach and Fitness Trainer, a career I had never contemplated having but found it to be the perfect fit and use of my skills and knowledge to meaningfully contribute to others. Preeti Pandya Fitness was born! The product range is continually developing in line with my clients' needs, industry developments and guidelines based on feedback from my amazing Clients! Currently offering: Online Group Coaching programs, 1-1 and bespoke coaching, accountability, Personal Training and nutrition and training plans. End of the week. Still standing. 💪

New routines, lingering jet lag, a stubborn cough, and a healthy dose of fatigue. But also two new gyms, new opportunities, and a reminder that sometimes the things that work out best weren’t even on your radar.

Not every win looks like a PB. Sometimes it’s simply adapting, showing up, and staying open to being pleasantly surprised by the magic that is life unfolding in mysterious ways! 🤩😇

It’s teaching.

It’s taking something that feels overwhelming, breaking it down into simple steps, and seeing someone realise they’re capable of far more than they believed.

I’m not interested in making fitness your whole life.

Emerald Month (aka birthday month) Wrap-Up! 💚

From spiritually fulfilling road trips (Kali Mata Mandir, Skanda Vale, Wales, and my first time driving such a distance!!) to surprise birthday celebrations (not a milestone, yet so much love!), a long awaited 3 generation family holiday, first time cruise experience and first time experiencing the Caribbean Islands, including 3 NEW countries to the country count 🌍- we’re on 53 now 🙌

The last birth year brought a boujiee lifestyle upgrade and a much needed uplevel to training. They were the biggest personal highlights.

Pleased that with health at the forefront of my decisions I’ve been able to create a lifestyle of choice and enable others to as well.

Looking forward to the pivot that is June 2026 and seeing what’s next in the adventure!

It honestly surprises me that I still need to say this, but here we are.

Women over 40 still don’t realise how important lifting heavy weights is for their health, confidence, longevity, and quality of life.

Many of us grew up being taught:

* lifting weights makes women bulky
* heavy weights cause injury
* our bodies are “just declining” with age, so we should accept it

But the truth is the complete opposite.

NOT strength training is what increases the risk of injury.

As women age, especially approaching and during menopause, we naturally lose muscle mass, strength, and bone density more rapidly. That is exactly why strength training matters so much. To retain all of these things and regulate our already playing up hormones!

Lifting weights safely and progressively can help:

* build and maintain muscle
* support bone health
* improve mobility and balance
* increase confidence
* reduce injury risk
* help you feel strong, capable, and energised
* help manage and navigate menopause!

You are not fragile.
You do not need to get weaker with age.
And you do not need to stay stuck with only pink and purple dumbbells forever. 😉

Believe me, many of us started there too when we knew no better, plus they looked cute. Fact.
Those weights absolutely have a place.
They’re just not the only weights women should ever use.

And another thing, you do not need a gym to get strong.
