It’s easy to introduce ourselves by what we do…

Chiropractor.
Mum.
Business owner.

But we’re so much more than the labels we wear every day.

Lately, I’ve been learning that growth isn’t about having everything figured out. Sometimes it’s simply about showing up, trying your best, and allowing yourself to keep evolving 🤍

For now, I’m still growing… and the rest, I’m still figuring out.
