Our OG Greenwich coach 😍🧑

After starting strength training and seeing how much it benefited her in so many ways Leoni started coaching to help more and more people feel stronger. When she took up rugby she felt even more of a benefit to lifting as it helped her journey advancing through the support to the incredible level she is today 😍
