We tried to tell you. 😂

Health-conscious shoppers are ditching ultra-processed vegan products and choosing real meat again. The plant-based bubble is bursting, and the “future of food” is starting to look a lot like the food humans have always eaten. 🥩

I can’t wait to see the impact this shift has on people’s health and, in turn, how much it reduces the need for supplements and medication. Their manufacture, packaging, transport and disposal all have a real environmental cost, contributing to air and water pollution.

Funny how that impact is so often ignored while meat is blamed for everything.

Last night’s fit deserved a moment. 🐆

7 years carnivore and still loving the results.

Not a single deficiency. No health complaints. No aches or pains. Not even a grey hair. 😂

Cycle still intact, completely painless and no mood swings.

Vegans in my inbox hoping to see my downfall… still waiting.

2,673 DAYS CARNIVORE

20 April 2019 → today.

7 years, 3 months and 25 days.

2,673 days of eating the way that works for me. No counting calories. No tracking macros. No starving myself. No constant hunger.

Just real food, mainly beef, eggs and animal foods, and trusting my body.

This journey has changed so much more than my body. My relationship with food, my mindset, my strength and the way I feel day to day.

Would I do it all again?

Absolutely.

7 years down. Still carnivore. Still going. 🥩

Eating MORE and getting LEANER.

Imagine that. 👀

I’m not tracking calories.
I’m not weighing my food.
I’m not counting macros.
I’m not starving myself.
I’m not fasting.

I’m eating more of what works for me: beef, eggs and the occasional sprinkle of cheese.

Real food. Plenty of it. Eat when I’m hungry, stop when I’m satisfied.

And somehow, I’m getting leaner.

Maybe the answer isn’t always to eat less. Maybe it’s to eat better.

Two years later… it’s finally happening.

Dr. Abs and I filmed a Meat Eaters vs Vegan debate over two years ago, and I’ve just received the draft.

It was great to see it again, although I have to admit I’m a little disappointed that a lot of the debate didn’t make the final cut. We covered so many topics, and there were some really interesting discussions that I wish had been included.

That said, I’m still looking forward to seeing the finished episode and sharing it with you all. I’ll let you know as soon as it’s live.

A little snippet of today’s leg day, fueled entirely by the ultimate cheat code: meat. 🥩🔥
No carbs, no pre-workout fillers just pure animal energy pushing heavy weight. When you feed the machine right, the strength takes care of itself.
Here is the full day of eating behind this session:
Breakfast: Beef sausages + a cheesy omelette 🍳
Lunch: Juicy, thick burger patties 🍔
Dinner: Roasted leg of lamb, absolutely smothered in butter and flaky salt 🐑🧈
Drop a 💪 if you’re building real strength the ancestral way.

Mirror moments and rare steaks. 🏹🥩
Staying carnivore on a busy day out is always easier than people think. Two flat irons, perfectly rare, and nothing else needed.

Road to 100. 💪🏻

A few years ago, my friend set me a goal: Road to 100. His challenge was for me to squat 100 kg.

Sadly, he passed away before he got to see me achieve it.

Today, I loaded 80 kg in plates onto the Gym80 Squat Machine. With the machine’s starting resistance, that’s estimated to be around 100–115 kg.

I was getting so close to that goal when we were training together. Latz would always tell me he couldn’t believe how much strength I was gaining in such a short space of time. He’d ask me to hang around after my sessions because he wanted me to be an example for his other clients and show them what was possible through consistency and hard work.

I was determined to finish this one. It took longer than I expected, but I never let go of that goal.

Road to 100… done. ❤️
