A few pics from a lovely Tuesday evening at a private session in Westonbury, Sussex. With Crystal on the solfeggio Bowls and myself () on the keyboards.

The session lasted about 90 minutes in total, and started with a short talk about Solfeggio bowls and how the music changes with each one.

We then went through all seven of the bowls, which took a little over an hour. And the. There was the slow awakening and relaxation at the end.

After our sold-out event last month, we have found a larger premises for our next session. All welcome - £15.
Advance booking essential though, as limited availability.

The feedback we had from our last one was amazing, with out-of-body experiences and general feeling of pure joy.

This is a completely unique experience, come along and bring a friend if you want. It’s a very friendly crowd, with a cup of tea at the end.

The perfect treat before Christmas! 😀

We had our first full-scale session last night in Hassocks.
Twenty four attendees, some on yoga mats, some on camping chairs. All very relaxed.

No photos for this one unfortunately.

We wanted to share some feedback that we got at the end, it was so overwhelming (in a nice way!). ☺️

There are a few different ways to listen to solfeggio tones.

Such as:
1) Tuning forks
2) Solfeggio bowls (of course)
3) Tones created by a synthesiser
4) A retuned instrument (such as a piano, or a guitar)

A unique event bringing the seven solfeggio crystal bowls and live music together.

Crystal & Paul welcome you to a relaxing and therapeutic new evening. A little like a sound bath meeting live music, a "music bath"! 😀

Quieten your mind after a busy day, and be guided though this sacred event that goes through each chakra tone one by one in a peaceful and nurturing environment. With music being created live on a specially retuned piano adjusted for each bowl.
