Life lately.
Crazy how one day you look back and realise it all worked out 🤩

Dogs as legitimate family members, paddleboard and pool days, friendship groups I never thought I’d find in my 30s, day immersions .temple, quiet solo healing time.

Summer is my favourite season and I’m at the precipice of lots of change. Soaking it all up while it lasts ❤️‍🔥

My thoughts on therapy: I was in it for years, it helped me to cognitively see and understand many of my patterns. It did not help me to feel better, to heal my patterns, to process traumatic experiences that led to the patterns being created, or to let go of the past. Somatic work helped me to do that.

For all the hard times…hallelujah. They made me the person I am today. And I love this version of me ❤️‍🔥 I love how I coach now, how I hold space now with depth but also a stronger container, how I celebrate my clients because I feel in my bones their suffering. How I interrupt clients spiralling and with love guide them back into their bodies, because I needed someone to interrupt me and guide me and hold a strong container around me. The way my intuition is so strong now, from years of honing it. The way I just know what people need to hear, where the trauma is stored, how exactly to release it. It’s never been so clear to me that these tools work.

The most important thing I want to say is WE HEAL IN COMMUNITY and WE CAN’T DO IT ALONE.

Get yourself a somatic coach. Book yourself onto a retreat. Let yourself be held.

I have one space to work 1:1 with me in May, and a few spaces on my retreat left.
