Get those feet in some water! Works for him too. Sitting with your feet in a basin of cool water for 15-20 minutes cools the body down. Cool to cold water but not freezing so as not to shock the heart. Soaking a rolled hand towel or tea towel in cold water and rest on elevated ankles or neck will do the same. Or run cold water on your wrists although feet in a basin of water is lovely, but I would say that!🙂👣

Hellooo 👋🏻 I’m back… well, nearly! 🤣

Hope you’ve all had the loveliest start to the year ☺️ I thought it was about time I popped on and gave you a little life update…

Our baby girl Elodie made her arrival on Christmas Day 🎄 she is just perfect 🥹 she’s doing so so well! 💗

I’m also in my final few weeks of uni (no idea how that’s happened so fast 😅) so it’s all been a bit of a whirlwind lately!

BUT… I’ll be back very soon and I’m now taking bookings for June from w/c 1st June ✨
