My sense of humour, my experiences and everything I’m still figuring out along the way. I love having a chat before a session, sharing a laugh and hearing what brought you here.

Guiding sound baths is personal to me. I choose the sounds, pay attention and listen. Over time, I get to know your faces and your stories. I love seeing you return — and hearing someone say, “I didn’t really know what to expect,” after their very first session.

What a session that was! 🌀🤎

Our second Sound Bath in Eastcote has left me feeling so grateful to everyone who came and let me share that hour of stillness with them. Thank you for your trust, your presence and our conversations afterwards.

I hope you took something good away with you. A little more peace. A little more ease in your breath. Perhaps a moment you can return to in your mind when everyday life picks up speed again.

Creating a space where you can simply rest for an hour means so much to me. I’m already looking forward to seeing you again.

Apparently, “What do you do?” requires a longer answer than it used to.

There’s the business, the sound baths, the planning, the messages… and a whole life happening in between.

I love what I do. I also love taking my shoes off, forgetting where my phone is and having absolutely nothing planned.

So if you’re waiting for a reply, I’m probably busy in one of my other roles. Or looking for my phone. 😂
