Today marks a new decade for me. I think it’s quite natural on big days to reflect on our lives..

I’m entering my thirties the happiest I’ve ever been. Professionally I love my work as a respiratory doctor in the NHS and my aesthetics clinic is a dream come true. I am a fully booked clinic working with the most amazing clients that have become friends. We laugh and we cry together and getting to know you all and helping you achieve your goals is such a pleasure.

And with a few subtle tweakments, I think I’m entering my 30s looking better than I did in my early twenties!

Here is to the next decade 🥰

How well do you know your skin? ✨

I was recently given the opportunity to take a closer look at my skin quality, specifically at pores, fine lines, sensitivity, dry skin, sun damage and more 💫

I get lots of compliments on my skin in clinic, but just like all of us, I’m working on improving my skin with chemical skin peels, supplements, microneedling and a strict home skincare routine twice a day. I’m going to continue to work on it and adapting as after all it is a skin marathon and not a sprint. What my skin needs today may be different to tomorrow 🌟
