Ако нещо не ти харесва, промени го. Ако не го променяш, вероятно получаваш нещо от него.
Знам, че това няма да се хареса на всички.
Но понякога най-трудните истини са и най-полезните.
Много често срещам хора, които с години се оплакват от едно и също. От работата. От партньора. От парите. От шефа. От държавата. От живота. От съдбата.
И понякога ги слушам как разказват една и съща история пета, десета, двайсета година.
„Не ме оценяват на работа.“
„Мъжът ми не се променя.“
„Жена ми не ме разбира.“
„Всички ме използват.“
„Нямам възможности.“
„Не съм щастлива, но какво да направя...“
И тук идва неудобният въпрос:
Ако това е толкова непоносимо, защо още си там?
Не говоря за ситуации, в които човек е болен, зависим финансово, има малки деца или преминава през тежка житейска криза. Животът невинаги е черен и бял.
Говоря за онези ситуации, в които години наред нищо не се променя.
За жената или мъжа, които десет години повтарят колко са нещастни във връзката си, но не правят нито една крачка в посока промяна.
За човека, който всеки ден казва колко не понася работата си, но дори не е направил опит да потърси друга.
За онзи, който непрекъснато се оплаква, че е сам, че няма приятели, че няма партньор, но отказва всяка възможност да излезе, да се запознае с нови хора или да направи нещо различно.
Понякога това, което наричаме страдание, се е превърнало в зона на комфорт.
Да, звучи грубо.
Но познатата болка често плаши по-малко от непознатата промяна.
Защото когато си жертва, светът е виновен.
Когато си жертва, не се налага да носиш отговорност.
Когато си жертва, винаги има кого да обвиниш.
Шефа. Партньора. Родителите. Държавата. Съдбата.
Само че в един момент човек трябва да си зададе честно въпроса:
Какво получавам, оставайки тук?
Защото винаги има някаква печалба.
Както са казвали старите хора:
„Добре де, какъв ти е келепирът от цялата тази работа?“
Звучи грубичко, но е много точен въпрос.
Защото ако нещо те боли години наред, ако се оплакваш от него, ако страдаш заради него, но въпреки това не го променяш, вероятно получаваш и нещо в замяна.
Може да е съчувствие.
Може да е внимание.
Може да е сигурност.
Може да е страх от неизвестното.
Може да е удобството някой друг да носи отговорността за живота ти.
В психологията наричаме това вторична изгода.
Нещо ни боли, но същевременно ни носи и нещо полезно.
Затова толкова често хората остават в ситуации, които уж не понасят.
Истината е, че да не вземеш решение също е решение.
Да не направиш избор също е избор.
Да не промениш нищо също е действие.
Да останеш на същото място също е избор.
И може би най-трудното не е да променим живота си.
Най-трудното е да спрем да се лъжем.
Да спрем да чакаме някой да дойде и да оправи това, което самите ние не сме готови да пипнем.
Да спрем да обясняваме защо не можем и честно да си признаем защо не искаме.
Защото ако години наред стоиш на едно и също място, може би е време да си зададеш още веднъж един прост въпрос:
„Добре де, какъв ми е келепирът от цялата тази работа?“
Какво получавам, оставайки тук?
Защото ако намериш честния отговор на този въпрос, може би ще намериш и причината, поради която още не си тръгнал.
А оттам започва всяка истинска промяна.
Не от новата работа.
Не от новия партньор.
Не от новия град.
Не от понеделник.
Не от Нова година.
А от момента, в който спреш да чакаш животът да се промени и поемеш отговорност за мястото, на което си днес.
Защото, колкото и да не ни харесва понякога, много често сме точно там, където продължаваме да избираме да бъдем.

Sometimes I sit quietly and think…

How many versions of ourselves have we already left behind?
How many stations have we stopped at, not knowing they would change us forever?

Life feels a lot like a train journey.

People enter.
People leave.
Some sit beside us and become part of our story.
Others simply teach us a lesson and quietly disappear at the next stop.

For a long time, I believed I had to hold on…
to people, memories, pain, expectations.

But life has gently taught me something important:

Not everyone is meant to stay.
And not every chapter is meant to be carried forever.

We are given the gift of choice.

To choose who walks beside us.
To choose what energy we allow into our world.
To choose when it’s time to release what feels heavy.

And maybe one of the greatest acts of healing is learning to say:

“Thank you for the journey… but I no longer need to carry this.”

These days, one thought guides me every morning:

✨ Gratitude is my attitude. ✨

Grateful for the lessons.
Grateful for the love.
Even grateful for the heartbreaks that helped me become stronger, softer, wiser.

Because every stop in life shapes us.

And perhaps the real journey is not about reaching a destination…

But becoming the person we were always meant to be. 🤍

And the present moment…

But this is where your life actually unfolds.

unlived moments… unprocessed emotions…
become patterns we carry without even realising.

When you come back to the present—
you begin to feel.
When you feel—
you begin to release.

❤️Valentine’s Day ❤️is not only about roses and romance…
It is about the greatest lesson we are here to learn — how to love unconditionally.

And that lesson always begins with you.

Before you give love…
Before you look for love…
Before you expect love from another…
Pause.

Place your hand on your heart.
Feel that steady rhythm.
That life force has been loving you since the very beginning — without conditions, without demands.

In this world, almost everything comes with conditions:
Be better.
Be different.
Be more.
Then you will be loved.

But real love does not ask you to become someone else.

Ask yourself honestly:
Do I truly, genuinely love myself unconditionally?
Not when I succeed.
Not when I look my best.
Not when others approve.
But even when I fail… when I feel lost… when I am imperfect?

The way we love ourselves reflects how we were loved — and how we now allow others to love us.
If love felt conditional before, we often continue that pattern within.
This is the big awakening:
When you choose to love yourself without conditions, you break the cycle.

And only then can you truly love another — not from need, not from fear, but from wholeness.

So today, connect inward.
Forgive yourself.
Speak gently to yourself.
Stand by yourself.

Fall in love with your own heart first.
From that place, your love becomes pure, grounded, and free.

Everything begins there.
