How I work with clients
Deciding who to trust with your fertility journey is a big decision, so I wanted to share a little more about what it’s like to work together.
The journey begins with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call, where I can learn more about you, your fertility journey and your goals, answer any questions you may have and see whether we’re a good fit to work together.
If we decide to move forward, you’ll then complete a comprehensive health questionnaire, allowing me to build a detailed picture of your health, fertility journey and goals before our first consultation.
During our consultations, we explore more than just food. We look at nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress, supplements, medical history and any fertility investigations or treatment plans you may already be undergoing.
I often recommend working together over a 3-month period because this is a particularly important time for both egg and s***m health. It takes approximately 3 months for an egg to mature and for a fresh batch of s***m to be produced, making it a valuable opportunity to optimise health before conception.
While many clients choose a 3-month package for ongoing guidance and support, others may find that an initial consultation and follow-up session provides exactly the support they need.
Whether we’re working together over several months or focusing on a specific area of concern, my recommendations are always tailored to your individual circumstances, goals and stage of the fertility journey.
I strongly believe in collaborative care. Over the years, I’ve built a trusted network of healthcare professionals and complementary practitioners, including doctors, fertility consultants, urologists, obstetricians, psychotherapists, acupuncturists and reflexologists, allowing me to connect clients with trusted support whenever it may be beneficial.
My goal is never perfection. It’s to provide evidence-based, personalised support that helps you feel informed, empowered and confident in the choices you’re making for your health and fertility.
