Hygge yoga is offering an eight-week full body-balancing chakra program!
Every week, our body, breath, and mind practice will be focused around balancing and awakening each one of our main energetic centres.
This full wellness program offers live sessions at different time zones through the week. Participants are welcome to take as many classes during the week as they want, or request recordings.
Consistency is key. We are starting at the root, ending at the crown, and moving our energy throughout week by week. The practice is progressive so at least one attendance (recording) per week is highly recommended.
No space for zoom fatigue!
Sessions fly by, once we start, you’ll be thriving in your flow. You’ll feel rested and energised throughout the day.
We start on March 1st, tuning our bodies out of the wintery mode and into the more active and open rhythm of the spring.
