Effects of the time change to the body⏱⏱
This change of time is for many people welcome, as they have more hours of sleep😴 however , in one way or another, the health of our own organism gets affected.
In general, as it happens with the change of time in October - also known as winter ☃️❄️time change - dealing with it may have really harmful effects on the body and mind.
The most common symptoms that are shown in the human body as a result of the change of time are usually:

▶️ irritability,
▶️strong headaches,
▶️ low mood.
