Just back from teaching VM4: Thorax. We went through visceral connections to the neck, including esophogus, trachea, pleura, pericardium. The shoulder joint ligaments, the ribs, intercostal muscles, pleura, lungs and connections with the diaphragm and phrenic nerves. Lots of great techniques.
