My mum is 91, takes no meds, lives on her own, has two jobs and largely lives on crisps, ice cream and wine with odd little leftover of indiscernible age that is lurking in the back of her fridge.

And she absolutely swears by her vitamins - every day she takes her multi, omega three and probiotic. For her I chose the brand and she really does take them every single day.

And this is the song she wants played at her funeral, at this rate she may be the last person standing!

A night out with my gorgeous girl. We went to a fabulous on wellness for midlife and beyond that would be great for everyone to be honest.

With who was very funny and honest about the menopause and has written an excellent cookery book called Menolicious.

And Professor Devi Sridhar whose book How not to Die (too soon) is fascinating and everyone should read.

And Joel Snape, brilliant fitness guru and journalist .snape

And what were the top tips?
Exercise- strength, movement & flexibility, and how to make small changes that really count.

Diet - plants, protein and fibre. And stop eating before you are full.

Sleep. An excellent tip from Devi Sridhar - if you wake up in the night and start worrying about everything (that’s me!) categorise your worries into timing slots - they can be delayed, so worry about this on Tuesday or this in five years, or this tomorrow. You don’t need to worry right NOW! I loved that tip as I am a big catastrophiser at 4am!

This ‘exhibition’ of speakers is going to be excellent! It will explore with experts in their fields, how complementary medicine can really support people who want to have a child when they are older, whether trying naturally or with assistance.

Dr Jude is an A&E doctor and she has assembled an incredible group of people from around the world, including our own brilliant Ed Coates, the Medical Director of the Evewell Clinic, Barbara Scott, who is the founder of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists and one of the wisest loveliest people I know. And of course the King of Balls himself, Professor Jonathan Ramsay. And me talking about how the right nutrition can help to protect your eggs and s***m from damage.

If you have a fever then you do not need to ‘tough it out’ (as if Trump or any of those useless idiots he surrounds himself would either). You can take paracetamol because having a temperature is more risky and dangerous for your pregnancy. Fact.
