Sweet potato pizza recipe 👇 because getting lean doesn't mean giving up pizza. Sweet potato is one of my favourite anti-inflammatory swaps and it keeps you full for hours
And it’s only around 550kcals and 40g of protein for the whole thing

Ingredients
Sweet potato large
40g low fat cheese
40g cheese (protein cheese)
Pesto
Tomatoes (about a handful sliced)
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180
2. Poke holes in the sweet potato
3. Microwave it for around 8-10 minutes until soft
4. Cut in half then squish down with parchment paper and a pan
5. add salt/pepper. Bake for 15 mins in the oven
6. Then add your sauce and toppings. I used pesto/cheese tomatoes then grill to melt the cheese
Enjoy!
If you want a crisper base then cook it in the oven for longer and add olive oil
