I found an old reel today while wandering through my camera roll - a reminder of what yoga has become for me over the years. Not just movement, not just practice, but a companion that has stood beside me as a friend, a teacher, a steadying force.
Asana has carried me through the physical shifts of menopause, offering strength, ease, and a sense of grounding when my body felt unfamiliar. Breathwork and meditation have held the deeper layers - the spiritual steadiness, the emotional clarity, the quiet courage to keep showing up.
I still believe every word I said in that reel. Yoga continues to support, empower, and guide me. It has shaped my resilience, expanded my flexibility — not only in my body, but in my thinking, my choices, my way of meeting life. Over time, it has become less of a practice and more of a way of living. A relationship that keeps evolving, teaching, and offering tools I didn’t know I needed.
If you’re curious about beginning your own journey, you can start gently - one class a week is enough to open the door. Let the relationship grow at its own pace. I came for the stretch and stayed for everything else.
