My client had already had two vials of Sculptra, before we did our Radiesse session (and you can see the process of that in yesterday’s post)⁣

For her third treatment, we decided to use another biostimulator, Radiesse. We 𝘤𝘢𝘯 use Radiesse in the temples, but we avoided that area because the Sculptra had already worked its magic there and she had great structure in place 🪄 ⁣

Instead, we focused on a ponytail lift, working laterally to create lift and support through the face⁣
⁣
One of the main differences you’ll see between Sculptra and Radiesse is that with Radiesse, we get instant volume, so you can see an immediate difference following treatment⁣

We’ve done two vials of Sculptra and one session of Radiesse⁣

Our Sculptra was focussed full face, in particular laterally and our Radiesse was focused specifically on a temple lift⁣
⁣
Both Sculptra and Radiesse are biostimulators, but they work slightly differently⁣
⁣
Sculptra builds gradually as it stimulates new collagen, whereas Radiesse gives us immediate volume, along with long term collagen stimulation 📈 ⁣

Sometimes the best results come from COMBINING treatments!

First, we used PDO threads to lift tissue. Reversing nasal folds, tightening skin over the mid face & lifting out pouchy pre jowls. Then, 8 weeks later we added Radiesse for volume & definition, including focus on the temporal area

This is not the final result! Radiesse is a biostimulator. Although it does give some instant volume (similar to a filler) due to its carrier gel, its other role is to stimulate collagen production. Meaning over time, structure and all aspects of skin quality will improve, results will really start to impact after 6 weeks, and last 18 months

Do your hands look 10 years older than your face? 😔
