Save this and listen as many times as it takes to sink in.
It’s sometimes hard to hear or believe but everything is a mirror, and you are the one experiencing what you experience. Every trigger is you, your nervous system, your past reacting in the present, no one triggers you. You trigger you. When you realise this you can liberate yourself. Notice the trigger, the feeling, pause and breathe it through before you react.

Been excited to get my feet into these 🦶🏼I’ve actually been wearing them around the office most days and have definitely felt more focused.

VO₂ max is how well your body can take in, deliver and use oxygen at a cellular level.

Most people think it’s purely a fitness indicator and to increase it you need to train more and push harder.

But if you’re burnt out and your nervous system’s fried… more effort just digs the hole deeper.

Look at the graph.. You can see the effect burnout had on Wesley’s VO₂ in November, a massive drop. But then at the end of December he started reading ‘Breathe In, Breathe Out’ and doing simple daily breathwork with us.

Nothing extreme. Just consistent sessions to regulate his nervous system and get his body back under control.

And now look at it climb… and feeling in the best shape ever.
