Save this and listen as many times as it takes to sink in.
It’s sometimes hard to hear or believe but everything is a mirror, and you are the one experiencing what you experience. Every trigger is you, your nervous system, your past reacting in the present, no one triggers you. You trigger you. When you realise this you can liberate yourself. Notice the trigger, the feeling, pause and breathe it through before you react.
