This month was a busy one. Here's what I got up to:⁠

- Miss Tilly is a teen!⁠
⁠
- The sunflower seeds I planted are growing, so I repotted them and shared with them with friends and family.⁠
⁠
- Ran a joy experiment for 31 days: 1 stamp puncher, 1 glue stick and 15 minutes for maximum joy. I loved this experiment so much, I started a new substack: The Joy Experiments⁠

- Created a free tool to help female founders clarify their message. It maps your skills, your audience and your unique thread that runs through it all. Comment ROOT for the link. ⁠

When I feel stuck, I don't force it. Instead, I take a break to get the juices flowing...⁠
⁠
A walk with Benny. ⁠
Yoga on my mat. ⁠
An oat latte and people-watching. ⁠
Daily creating—even if it's just collaging flowers for 10 minutes. ⁠
Journaling to clear the mental noise.⁠
⁠
These aren't distractions from the work. They ARE the work.⁠
⁠
Because the best ideas don't come from working harder. They come from giving yourself permission to move differently.⁠
⁠

I ran a visibility quiz. Dozens of women took it. The results completely changed what I thought I knew.⁠

I built the quiz expecting most people to score low on brand clarity, aka not knowing what they do or who they serve. That's the classic problem, right?⁠
⁠
Wrong.⁠
⁠
The women who took it knew exactly what they did. Of course they did. They were confident about their value. They weren't second-guessing their expertise.⁠
⁠
The gap? Getting it out there. Consistently. In a way people could actually find them.⁠
⁠
Social Presence was the lowest scoring category for nearly half of them. Not confusion. Not self-doubt. Just... invisible.⁠
