When I'm stressed I bake and I've been baking a LOT in the evenings this week. Whilst this is annoying for me it is great for you because I have finally cracked a recipe I've been working on for a while - Coffee Cake Blondies!! Bit random but often the best recipes are those you didn't know you needed, trust me these are divine.

This product was supposed to launch in June 2021 but in true 2021 style there were so many delays, teething problems and issues that it is a little late to the party.

But oh my it is worth the wait...chewy and fudgey, our Chocolate Brownie is indulgence on a new level.

A rich brownie made with coconut sugar, oat flour, extra virgin olive oil, coconut and cacao, with (of course) chocolate chips swirled through for extra bite.

On sale on our website from tomorrow ⌚Plant-based, no refined sugar, gluten free and only natural ingredients 💚
