You already know that strategy alone isn’t the answer.

You’ve felt it… that sense that something deeper needs attention. It’s not about the marketing plan, the offer refresh, or finding the right words.

You’re right. It isn’t.

But here’s what most miss:

The “something deeper” isn’t one thing.

Most approaches (even the good ones) look at only one or two dimensions.

Somatic work: the body and nervous system. Mindset coaching: the mental dimension. Therapy: the mental and emotional. Spiritual practice: explores meaning and purpose.

All valuable. All real. All incomplete on their own.

Because you’re not one-dimensional.

You’re a whole system operating across six domains simultaneously:

Physical: body, energy, nervous system
Mental: beliefs, conditioning, patterns
Emotional: regulation, resilience, truth
Spiritual: meaning, purpose, inner guidance
Social: relationships, community, belonging
Environmental: spaces, screens, nature, energy fields

I see this often in the women I work with:

She’s balancing 2 or 3 domains.

And 1 or 2 others are quietly draining everything she’s building.

A client working from home was frustrated that the calm and clarity she felt after sessions: the reduction in anxiety, mental agitation and muscular tension, bounced back within days.

She was self-aware. Doing the work. Getting support. Why wasn’t it sticking?

Through a 6D lens, we saw her environment was working against her. The screens, EMF and urban intensity were constantly reactivating her stress response in the background. Her space needed harmonising.

This is why I created the Six Domains of Resilience framework.

Not as a checklist. As a diagnostic lens.

So instead of guessing which “part of the elephant” to focus on, we can see the whole animal.

And address what’s actually driving an experience.

Contrary to what you’ve been told, breathing exercises, nervous system regulation or mindset coaching aren’t the solution to feeling safe, calm and resourced as you expand in your business.

And if you’ve tried and ended up frustrated or disillusioned, it’s not because you’re not trying hard enough.

It’s because this is not what you really need.
You’re a multifaceted human being, and focusing on one issue can mean missing the bigger picture or root cause.

Trying to control dysregulation is like trimming dead leaves off a plant that really needs watering and hoping it will stay green.

You’ve probably heard the story of the blind men and the elephant? Each man feels only the part in front of him and believes the elephant is like: a rope, a tree trunk, a wall, a broom …

None of them are wrong, but none has the full picture.

This is what happens when we address our health, stress, energy or business challenges through only one dimension.

One woman regulates her nervous system, and it helps temporarily. She does mindset work and gains awareness. But the pattern repeats. She improves nutrition and sleep, and her energy lifts. But it still feels like constant effort to hold everything together.

Each thing touches a real part of the picture. But none of it is “seeing the whole animal.”

Because you are not just a nervous system problem. Or a mindset problem. Or a nutrition problem.

That’s why I use a 6-dimensional lens: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual, all impacted by social and environmental domains.

When something isn’t working, the root cause is rarely where the symptoms appear.

The exhaustion that won’t shift? Might be social depletion: constantly performing and overgiving without enough replenishment.

The business block? Might be environmental: your space, screens and lifestyle pulling you out of regulation.

The repeating pattern despite mindset work? Likely rooted in subconscious beliefs or emotions held in the body.

This is the lens I work from. Not one dimension. Six. And not fixing each one separately, but bioharmonising the whole.

Because you can’t understand an elephant by treating it like a rope.

I learned young that being seen could be dangerous.
Not dramatically. Just quietly enough for my nervous system to learn that safety lived in fitting in, staying agreeable, not standing out too much.

Years later, I found myself wanting to be visible in my work… while avoiding the very actions that would allow me to be seen.

It wasn’t laziness or lack of ambition.

My system was simply trying to keep me safe based on what it had learned.
Most visibility blocks aren’t mindset issues.

They live deeper… in the body, the nervous system, the protective patterns we formed long before we had language for them.

Part of my work is helping women gently uncover and unwind those patterns, restoring coherence between who they are becoming and what their system believes is safe.
And when that shifts, visibility stops feeling like sticking your neck out.

✅ 100% fruiting body or liquid-grown mycelium
✅ Grain-free (no mycelium on grain/MOG)
✅ No fillers, flow or bulking agents
✅ Standardised fungal beta-glucans & mushroom-specific active compounds
✅ Dual extraction methods (generally)
✅ Third-party testing & certifications
✅ Traceable supply chain
✅ Research evidence

You should always avoid eating mushrooms and mushroom supplements when you have candida, right? No.

They contain immune-supportive compounds like beta-D-glucans, i.e. complex starches that help modulate the immune system, not simple sugars.

Candida may feed on some of this starch from whole mushrooms so it's generally prefarable to use concentrated extracts if you have active candida overgrowth. If you're not sure, get support from a practitioner (mycotherapist). Medicinal mushrooms may even help your body restore microbial balance. 🍄🛡️.

Here’s what to check before buying:

✅ 100% Fruiting body or mycelium (vs MOG or "full spectrum biomass)
✅ Latin name (e.g. Ganoderma lucidum, not just “Reishi”)
✅ Active compounds listed (beta-1,3-1,6-D-glucans, triterpenes etc.)
✅ Single or dual extraction (some mushrooms only have water solvent compounds so single is fine. Know your compounds)
✅ Extraction ratio (e.g. 6:1) so you can compare potency
✅ Third-party testing & certifications

The clearer the label, and the more of these included, the more likely you’re getting real therapeutic value.

Mould allergy? Don’t rule out mushrooms just yet. 🌿

If you’re sensitive to mould, you may still tolerate high-quality, fruiting-body extracts. Go slow, choose high quality, and work with a practitioner.
