It’s Transformation Time ⭐

This is what happens when we stop chasing extremes… and start working with the body.

Huma came to BWB stuck in the typical 9–5 routine.. long hours, low energy, inconsistent habits. Like most women, it wasn’t just about weight. It was fatigue, lack of structure, and feeling completely disconnected from her body.

At BWB, we didn’t throw her into anything extreme.
We met her where she was at!! Understood her routine, her struggles, and what was actually holding her back.

For years, you may have been told you need a “special” workout because of PCOS. You don’t. Strength training works for every body.. with PCOS or without.

Yes, progress might feel slower. Yes, your body might fluctuate more. But the fundamentals don’t change: stay consistent, manage your portions, and lift weights.
