James Hunter Crossley will be back in the Serenity Space studios for one of his deeply therapeutic Gong Sound Baths on Friday 3 July at 7.30-8.30pm

Never been to a gong bath before? We welcome you to join us as James creates his sound magic ✨ This is a deeply therapeutic and meditative experience whereby you ‘bathe’ in the sounds and vibrations from different instruments such as gongs, crystal bowls and hand pans. Through these sounds and vibrations, your mind enters a meditative and relaxed state.

Join us for this beautiful sound bath session, close your eyes and lie down, focus on your breath and allow the sounds to wash over your mind and body, taking you to a deeper state of consciousness. Maybe you have been overwhelmed recently and in need of a complete reset? This is calling you!

This session is Iyengar-inspired. Don’t worry about the ‘lingo’ here. Iyengar simply means this class focuses on alignment to help you build a solid foundation. We use a variety of props—like blocks, straps, and blankets—to support stiff bodies, making it easier to safely build strength and increase flexibility at your own pace.
