I use coaching methods and my 16 years' of experience as a pharmacist to support you in:

Exploring you're values and motivators to help you achieve your goal. Helping you find a new sustainable healthy lifestyle. Creating a life of freedom, fun and purpose. Mental health is multifaceted 🙏

People are often told:
• Sleep well
• Exercise more
• Eat healthier
• Reduce stress
• Drink more water
• Take breaks
• Practice self-care
• Be more positive
• Get organised
• Ask for help

Most people already KNOW these things.
But sometimes even the “simple” things can feel impossible.

“Just sleep well” sounds easy…
But tell that to someone who struggles with sleep, lies awake at night overthinking, wakes up exhausted, and starts every day already drained.

This is where support matters.
