š a great book -ACT for Burnout -for anyone struggling with burnout or stress. It gives a lot of helpful information about what burnout is and how is does not only refer to those in busy jobs but also busy parents or carers, sports people or those involved in activism.
It describes different cycles of burnout which may be more relevant to specific individuals and then lots of strategies on how to reconnect with values and look after yourself whilst continuing to engage meaningfully in your work!
Highly recommend!
