I’ve been doing EMS training for past two years and as a result I really understand a lot of the questions you are likely asking yourself or the doubts you have!
Here are the most common things I hear from clients, and this is what I say to all of them...
"I'm too tired" 👉 Exercise will energise you, you will be feeling better after only 20 mMinutes
"I compare myself to others" 👉 Your journey is unique to you and everyone started somewhere.
"It's too hard" 👉Here at My EMS Gym we are modify the exercises to suit your fitness level. With EMS is much shorter training - only 20 minutes per session and is easy and fun.
Believe me - time goes really fast.
"I don't know how to use gym equipment" 👉 You don’t need any equipment. This innovative technology and our trained stuff will supervise you at all the time.
"I don't have time" 👉EMS workouts are only 20 minutes, and are equal to 90 minutes in the traditional gym. However your muscles are active up to 72 hours after EMS session.
“I’m not feeling motivated" 👉Just START. We will take care of motivational part. We have a Facebook group, where we are communicating and doing our best to keep you motivated.
“I’ve got my period" 👉Rest if you need to, then come back to the My EMS Gym when you're ready.
"I don't know where to start" 👉Start with a free trial session, set you small goal, and we’ll be there to help you achieve it along .
"I'm going on holiday" 👉You can still be active on holiday, just keep walking and if you like , do some simple exercises. 1-2 weeks holiday will not affect you results.
"I don't enjoy exercise" 👉You're going to love the way it makes you feel. Keep in mind , its only 20 minutes once or twice a week.
