Elwin Robinson Elwin Robinson is a Health Researcher, and the founder of Genetic Insights and Feel Younger

Feel Younger was founded by Elwin Robinson to empower committed and self responsible people with the Science Based Tools they need to Feel Younger and Improve their Health and Wellness. Elwin first became interested in Health and Anti Aging because he experienced many health challenges throughout his life: including Chronic Fatigue, Chronic Pain, Malnutrition, Hypothyroidism, IBS, and Recurring in

fections such as SIBO, Candida and Sinusitis, which made him feel way older, than he actually was. When conventional medical practitioners were unable to help him he set out, in desperation, to learn how to help himself. Working out how to improve, and eventually resolve these issues led to a lifelong interest in Health, Energy and Wellness - both in terms of:

The true causes of premature aging and it’s symptoms

And also…

How to actually feel younger, healthier, happier and stronger than before. Over the past 20+ years, Elwin has:

- Researched and done many different health practices…

- Taken countless herbs and supplements…

- Visited many different kinds of acclaimed health practitioners from all over the world…

- Read thousands of books and research articles…

- Attended dozens of seminars, workshops, retreats and symposiums that teach about…

- Health and Wellness, and…

- Been trained and certified in numerous modalities

But the real breakthrough happened when he came to fully understand how big an impact Genetics has on health, and how helpful it is to know your Genetic Predispositions…

…and then follow a Health and Wellness Strategy that minimizes your Genetic ‘Weaknesses’ while making the most of your Strengths. This Genetics based approach to health and wellness was a massive turning point, leading to real lasting progress, all of which made him passionate about:

- Sharing it with everyone who’s committed to feeling Younger and Healthier

Plus…

- Founding Feel Younger’s sister company, Genetic Insights

Although the insight into Genetic individuality - and how to use that information to devise treatment plans that actually work - was the true turning point in Elwin’s health journey… it was only the beginning in reclaiming his health, and on the way he found he also had to gain a deep understanding in the following areas:

- Finding and resolving Nutritional Imbalances, which he calls ‘Optimizing levels of Building Blocks’

- Finding Toxicities that build up in the body and then supporting the body in removing them as harmlessly as possible (in his case this meant detoxifying very high levels of lead in his blood)

- Optimizing levels of Hormones, Neurotransmitters and other Peptides that are necessary in order for a person to actually feel good and enjoy life - without using any addictive or damaging substances

- Improving Lifestyle by optimizing key factors such as posture, sleep/wake cycle and exercise

- Addressing and Resolving long standing Chronic Infections - such as gum disease, foot fungus, UTIs, Sinusitis and SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth)

And perhaps most importantly…

- Becoming more aware of Feelings and learning to express Emotions honestly, and with Compassion for self and others

Although Elwin had a lot of support along the way, he realized that there was no one out there teaching all these things at once, in a systematic way, which is why it took him such a long time to get better… because practitioners kept failing to realize the importance of at least one of the above essential factors to Feeling Younger and Healthier, and therefore: they also kept failing to address them. This lead him to create The 7 Step Rejuvenation Blueprint, which you can learn more about HERE, and The Rejuvenate Podcast which teaches the whole system to people for FREE (as well as showing its application in all kinds of real world scenarios, while also talking about other powerful, cutting-edge tools that you can use to optimize your Health and Wellness and reduce Premature Aging)

At the age of 42, Elwin’s happy to say that he feels a lot healthier and stronger than ever before, and also has more ENERGY than he ever did in his 20s. So although it’s been a long struggle to get to this point, discovering and implementing all 7 Steps of his Rejuvenation Blueprint has been well worth it. Ultimately, Feel Younger® was created as a way to share some of the Nutritional Tools that are recommended within The Genetic Insights Wellness Reports, and on The Rejuvenate Podcast.

It is here.

The Nutrient Gap is out, and tonight the 90% off ends.

Here is the one idea I want you to leave with. The food itself has changed. Not the junk. The good stuff too. By some estimates you would need to eat two to three apples today to get the minerals in one apple from your grandparents' time. The best peer-reviewed look at this, Davis and colleagues in 2004, found minerals like iron, calcium and magnesium dropped across dozens of common crops between 1950 and 1999.

So the apple looks the same. It is not the same.

That is why a careful eater can still come up short. You are not lazy and you are not doing it wrong. You may just have a gap you have never measured. The book is the map for finding yours and closing it.

This is the last call. Launch week ends tonight, and the 90% off goes with it.

"Acid reflux means too much acid." Is it true?

It feels like too much acid, so the fix seems obvious: block the acid, take the pill.

But for a lot of people, it's the other way around. Especially as we get older, many of us make too little acid, not too much. When there's too little, food sits and ferments. That makes gas. The gas pushes acid up. And it burns.

So the usual fix can soothe it for a few hours and quietly make the real problem worse over years. Less acid means you break down protein worse and absorb fewer nutrients.

I'm not saying nobody has too much acid, and I'm not telling you to stop anything your doctor put you on. Reflux that won't go away can have serious causes, so get it checked.

What I am saying is this is worth questioning. You can get a rough read at home in five minutes, and the book walks you through the test and what to do with the answer.

(One safety line: don't do any acid test if you have a known or suspected ulcer.)

Your doctor says your bloodwork is normal. You still feel off. So what's going on?

Here's something most people never get told. "Normal" on a lab report doesn't mean healthy.

It means your result sits somewhere inside a range built from a whole population, and that population includes a lot of people who aren't well. So "in range" can quietly mean "averagely unwell."

There's a second trap. Some tests read normal while you're actually short. Magnesium is the classic one. The standard blood test sees a tiny slice of what's in your body, and your body keeps that slice steady even while your cells run low. The number looks fine, and you still feel drained, crampy, and wired. A red blood cell test shows what's really inside your cells.

There's a difference between being clinically deficient, the kind that gets a disease name, and being functionally short, the kind that just quietly drags down your energy, mood, and focus. You can be the second one for years and keep getting told you're fine.

So if every result comes back normal but you know something's off, you might not be imagining it. You might be reading the wrong test, or the wrong range. The book walks you through which tests and which ranges actually reflect you, not the average.

Ever spent a small fortune on supplements and still felt off?

Here's the most common mistake people make with supplements. It isn't the brand. It's taking them blind.

Most people supplement by trend, not by test. They read a book, hear a podcast, grab the zinc, add the vitamin D, throw in a B complex. Six months later they feel a bit better in some ways, worse in others, and they have no idea why.

The thing is, a full blood panel can cost less than a month of random pills. So you're guessing with your money and your body at the same time.

And taking minerals on their own can backfire. Zinc without copper. Iron without checking your ferritin. Vitamin D without K2. The ratios decide whether a nutrient helps you or harms you.

There are three that benefit nearly everyone at modest doses: magnesium glycinate, vitamin D3 with K2, and a methylated B-complex. Food first. Everything past those, you test before you take.

I would say that's the real shift. Stop guessing. Find out what your body is actually short of, then feed it that.

You drink plenty of water. You're still cramping, foggy, and tired. So where's it all going?

Here's the part nobody tells you. Water on its own doesn't just walk into your cells. It has to be pulled in, and the thing that pulls it in is minerals. Your electrolytes. Sodium, potassium, magnesium.

If those minerals are low, the water just passes through you. In the top, out the bottom. Your cells sit there wondering where their share went. You can drink three liters of plain water a day and still be dry on the inside.

There's a balance behind this that's quietly broken for a lot of people. For most of human history we ate about as much potassium as sodium, sometimes more potassium. Modern food flipped it. Now we get loads of sodium from processed food and barely any potassium.

And potassium is the one most people fall short on. The recommended amount is around 2,600 to 3,400mg a day. A lot of people get closer to 2,500. That's not a tiny gap.

So if you want a quick gut check, count how many of these sound like you right now: cramps, especially at night. Tired in a way sleep doesn't fix. Dull headaches that keep coming back. A racing or fluttering heart. Brain fog. Slow to recover after a workout. Three or more, and low electrolytes are probably part of your picture.

And here's the thing, the answer isn't just more salt, and it isn't cutting all salt either. It's the ratio. Get your potassium up, use good salt, and your body sorts out the balance.

Whether this is actually part of why you feel off comes down to you. That's the kind of gap most people never check. My new book The Nutrient Gap walks you through how to find yours.

It's not what you eat. It's what you actually absorb. You can eat spinach every day for your iron and still come up short...

It's not what you eat. It's what you actually absorb.

You can eat spinach every day for your iron and still come up short. Here's why.

The label says spinach is loaded with iron. And it's true, the iron is in there. But almost all of it is locked up in something called oxalate, and your body can't really get it out. So the iron you actually absorb from spinach lands around 2 to 3 percent.

The iron in red meat is different. Your body grabs around 20 to 25 percent of it.

Put real numbers on it. A cup of cooked spinach has about 3.5mg of iron on the label, but you walk away with maybe 0.1mg. A small steak has less iron on paper, about 2.5mg, but you actually absorb around 0.6mg. That's six times more, from the food the charts call "less iron-rich."

Calcium does the same thing. You absorb about 5 percent of the calcium in spinach. From a glass of milk or some yogurt, it's around 30 percent.

This is why so many people eat what looks like a perfect diet and still run low. The food was fine. The absorbing wasn't.

And here's the thing, spinach is still a good food. I'm not telling you to stop eating it. I'm just saying don't count on it as your iron source.

What you actually absorb comes down to you, your digestion, what you eat it with, the whole picture. That's the gap most people never measure. My new book The Nutrient Gap walks you through how to find yours.
