✨ HONOURED TO BE PART OF THE WESTMINSTER CONVENTION ✨

I feel truly honoured to have been invited to facilitate a Sound Bath with Breathwork at the Westminster Convention on Saturday 24 October. 💙🔔

As part of this special gathering, I’ll be holding a peaceful, nurturing space where we can slow down, reconnect with ourselves, take a moment to breathe, and experience the beautiful, restorative sounds and vibrations of the singing bowls.

Through gentle breathwork and the soothing sounds of the bowls, we’ll have an opportunity to pause, find stillness, release tension, and reconnect with the present moment.

I’m incredibly grateful for the invitation and for the opportunity to share the gift of sound healing with this wonderful community. It’s a privilege to bring people together through breath, sound and connection. ✨🙏

📅 Saturday 24 October 2026
⏰ 10:30 am – 11:30 am
📍 Westminster Convention
12 Old Pye Street, SW1

Looking forward to sharing this special experience with you all. 💫
