End of an era!

I want to say a huge thank you to John, Rhia and everyone at for allowing 22 year old me to start her business and for the continued support whilst it grew over the last 6 and a half years. Post London marathon testimonials 🤩🤩

Peroneal tendinitis assessed and diagnosed at the beginning of April and kept at bay over the last few weeks in the build up to the London marathon. A few treatment sessions later alongside a tailored rehab programme, my client managed to finish with a time of 4 hours 27 minutes! 🙌🏼
