I was surprised how deep and broad the change was, I was thinking I would just be told to diet or exercise...not the case at all! I lost a lot of time to suffering from fibromyalgia as you may have done, but life with fibro doesn't need to feel this bad. There is no cure for fibromyalgia at this time, but that doesn't me you can't have a life you love.
