I came across some writing prompts by πš•πšžπš—πšŠ πš–πšŽπš›πšŠπš”πš’ β€’ πšŒπš‘πšŠπš—πšπšŠ and decided to give the challenge a go to help connect in with my creativity.

For me, creativity is essential to allowing the flow of all things in my life.

I decided to push myself to write daily with a prompt to help me connect back with myself and to take off the mental load of feeling like I have to dig deep for somewhere to start.

Anyway, here’s my first week, and to be honest, my love letter to Tower Bridge is my fave!

There are plenty of people who love you, care for you and want to spend time with you without an agenda though your past may tell a different story.

Navigate a new narrative. Do so by rewriting your story.

Come back to your heart. Fall in love with it as though it is the first time you’re exploring it. Fall in love with the world and its natural beauty. It changes every day πŸ’›

The Power of Purpose

This isn’t about forcing your way through life, this is about placing focus on what’s important to you, and having life align accordingly.

Any β€˜no’ that comes from your forward movement is not a situation for you to experience. It’s easy to get caught in the cyclone of processing a disappointment which is where we get thrown off path.

Focus and clarity comes. It always does. It can take as long as 18 months to begin to find balance, and that’s just the start of living again.

Notice the dart, and the explosion of colour and distortion outside of the target. Landing somewhere else is sure to bring an experience. Sometimes painful. Sometimes a welcome reward you didn’t know you needed.

Sometimes aiming somewhere else is how you hit bullseye. Sometimes you’ll be in aim, sometimes you won’t.

The key energy here is the solar plexus, the joy of living and the joy of life unfolding when there is no energy to aim for anything other than survival.
