I think many women have become so used to functioning under stress that they no longer realise how stressed they actually are.
Running on caffeine.
Sleeping badly.
Feeling anxious.
Snapping more easily.
Constantly overstimulated.
Never fully switching off.
And calling it “normal”.
Stress management isn’t selfish.
It’s health care.
Sometimes supporting your wellbeing starts with:
saying no
walking more
reducing noise
protecting your energy
eating properly
resting without guilt
asking for help
The nervous system was never designed for constant pressure.
