Happy New Year ! ✨ We are hoping you have all had a beautiful and festive holiday period ✨
As you know for 2022 we paused business trading to undergo a complete brand face lift 😍 The pause was also just due to major creative burn-out. So time was needed to re-energise, think, plan and fall back in love with sharing our beauty.
We want our customer experience to match the growth we have had over the last 6 years in the industry. From our packaging, to our shopping channels, right down to the thank you notes, everything is being beautified. I want to provide a user experience/ a feeling more than just checking out to check out.
As we are coming close to our new face range release that we have been working on for near enough 6/7months we just want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone new and old that has ever supported MNB Beauty. From collabs, to purchases, to referrals we honestly appreciate it so much and i cant wait to work again with you and newbies to the community.
