Yes, I know I look ridiculous walking around with an umbrella... but I honestly don't care! 😂

It's going to be hot in London this week, so this is your reminder to wear your SPF every single day.

Trust me—prevention is much easier (and cheaper) than correcting sun damage later.

If you skip the SPF... I'll probably be seeing you in the autumn for laser or a Green Peel to treat pigmentation, sunspots and uneven skin tone.
